Verification stays official;
records and reminders stay in Emlakçım

Emlakçım does not approve listings, grant authority, or connect to EİDS to verify status. It stores the approved listing details you obtained with the property and makes your choice visible when sharing.

Authority and verification
are handled through EİDS

The Electronic Listing Verification System is the official service provided by Turkey’s Ministry of Trade to verify the identity of a listing publisher and their authority to market a property.

About EİDS listing sharing

What is EİDS?

The Electronic Listing Verification System is the Ministry of Trade service that verifies the identity of a person publishing a listing and their authority to market the property on electronic platforms.

Does Emlakçım verify EİDS status?

No. Emlakçım is not connected to EİDS for verification or authorization. It helps you store the listing number and link obtained through the official process in the property record.

Which EİDS details can I store?

You can add an EİDS-approved listing number and listing URL to the property editing form.

What happens when I share?

If the agent profile country is Turkey, a legal notice appears before sharing. You can choose the approved listing link only or the full property card.

What if no approved listing link is saved?

The approved-link-only option does not continue without a URL and asks you to enter the EİDS-approved listing URL first.

Does the EİDS notice appear outside Turkey?

No. Because EİDS is specific to Turkey, an agent profile with another country opens the full share card without this notice.
