Data We Collect

The emlakçım app stores only data entered by the user (customer information, property records, and appointments).

Location Data

When marking a property or customer location on the map:

If the user grants permission, the device's GPS location is accessed.
Location/address information selected by tapping the map or searching for an address is sent to Google Maps Platform (Places API, Geocoding API) to convert coordinates to an address (or an address to coordinates).

Location data is processed only while the user is using the map screen and is not collected in the background. The selected coordinates are stored as part of the related customer/property record.

Sign in with Google

When you sign in with Google, your email address and profile name are processed through Firebase Authentication.

Cloud Synchronization

Premium users' data is stored encrypted in Firebase Firestore.

Third-Party Services

Google Firebase (authentication and data storage)
Google Maps Platform (map display, address search, and location/address conversion)
Google Play / App Store (subscription management)

Data is not shared with or sold to third parties other than the services listed above.
